Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen im operativen Breitengeschäft der privaten Altersversorgung
  • DurchfĂĽhrung technischer Vertragsänderungen aller Art
  • Pflege von Stammdaten im System
  • Korrespondenz mit Kund:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen – schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Einhaltung von Serviceleveln und Qualitätsstandards
  • Ăśbernahme von Sondertätigkeiten nach Bedar

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice rund um Lebensversicherung und private Altersvorsorge
  • Vorkenntnisse dem Bestandsverwaltungssystemen Kolumbus und Gepart
  • Kunden- und vertriebsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Starke Serviceorientierung und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
