Sachbearbeiter:in Betrieb (bAV)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen im operativen Breitengeschäft der bAV (Einzel- und Kollektivgeschäft)
  • Bearbeitung von Rückdeckungsversicherungen
  • Bearbeitung von Abkommen
  • Übernahme von geschlüsseltem Bestand (Abkommensbearbeitung)
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungen Beschwerdemanagement und Inkasso
  • Übernahme Clientmanager:in-Tätigkeit (Persönliche Abstimmung mit Vertriebspartner und internen Abteilungen, um reibungslose Prozessabläufe zwischen Makler, Endkunde und Betrieb sicherzustellen)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleich­bare Ausbildung
  • Spaß an und Neugier auf Digitalisierungs- und Auto­mati­sierungs­themen
  • Starke Serviceorientierung und team­orientierte Arbeits­weise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Eigen­initiative
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gutes Fachwissen in der betrieb­lichen Alters­versorgung
  • Hohe Problemlösungs­kompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiter­bildung
