Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die Architektur der Agile Release Trains "Bestand & Leistung Leben" und "Produktplattform Leben"
  • Entwicklung von Zielarchitekturen und technischen Roadmaps im Einklang mit Unternehmensstrategie und Enterprise Architektur
  • Hands-On UnterstĂĽtzung von Teams bei der Erstellung von Softwarearchitekturen und komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
  • Steuerung technischer Abhängigkeiten zwischen Produkten, Plattformen und anderen ARTs
  • Gestaltung der Cloud und KI-Transformation der HDI Deutschland
  • Vorantreiben von Initiativen zur technischen Reife in DevOps-Prozessen und KI in der Softwareentwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Architekt, Lead Engineer oder technischer Verantwortlicher in komplexen IT-Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen, DevOps und Plattform-Engineering
  • Tiefes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen, APIs und verteilter Systeme
  • Kenntnisse in KI-Technologien, LLMs und AI-gestĂĽtzter Softwareentwicklung (z. B. GitHub Copilot)
  • Verständnis fĂĽr SAFe sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams wĂĽnschenswert
  • Praxiserfahrung im Lebensversicherungsumfeld von Vorteil, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen von Kernprozessen und Bestandssystemen der Lebensversicherung
  • Know-how in der Modellierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen wĂĽnschenswert
  • Mainframe-Kenntnisse sowie Verständnis fĂĽr Transformation und Integration von Legacy-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Neugier sowie ein hoher Anspruch an kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung in einem sich schnell wandelnden Technologieumfeld
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
