Product Owner Agentic Development Platform

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die strategische Weiterentwicklung der agentischen Softwareentwicklung sowie den technischen Betrieb und die Bereitstellung der Plattform (Container-Images, Runtime-Umgebungen)
  • Aufbau und Steuerung eines Enablement-Angebots fĂĽr Entwicklungsteams zur Umstellung auf und Etablierung von Agentic Software Engineering und Spec Driven Development
  • Aktives Stakeholder-Management sowie transparente Kommunikation mit Entwicklungsteams, Architektur, AI Competence Center und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Definition und Priorisierung der Produkt-Roadmap fĂĽr Agentic Software Engineering
  • Sicherstellung der Governance und Compliance durch Definition von Standards, Guardrails und automatisierte Qualitätssicherung
  • Ăśbernahme einer technischen Lead-Rolle im Team
  • Definition und Tracking von Erfolgsmetriken (Adoption, Produktivität, Qualität) zur datenbasierten Weiterentwicklung der Plattform

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender praktischer Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Lead Developer, Software Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Umfeld moderner Softwareentwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Agentic Software Engineering und Spec Driven Development sowie praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von Agentensystemen, idealerweise von Open Code und AWS Bedrock
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse, DevOps-Praktiken, CI/CD-Pipelines sowie agiler Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln und Teams fĂĽr neue Arbeitsweisen zu begeistern
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
