Operations-Stab (Inputmanagement und Betrieb Sach Privat) und Prozessmanager Input

Deine Aufgaben

  • Stabsaufgaben fĂĽr die Bereichsleitung von zwei operativen Bereichen: Inputmanagement (alle Risikoträger der HDI Deutschland) und Betrieb (Privatsparte der Sachversicherung)- Prozessanalysen und -optimierung im Bereich Inputmanagement
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen fĂĽr Vorstandstermine
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Weiterentwicklung in der Ablauf- und Aufbauorganisation gemeinsam mit dem Leadershipteam
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Umsetzung von Changemanagement MaĂźnahmen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Inputmanagement
  • Mitgestaltung beim Redesign des Inputmanagement (fachlich/prozessual und organisatorisch) 
  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Leiters IPM bei der Erstellung von Analysen und Reportings

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bzw. Ausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzen mit weiterfĂĽhrender betriebswirtschaftlicher Qualifikationen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und Leitung von Projekten, Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von operativen Prozessen in der Sachbearbeitung von Versicherungen und/oder Banken 
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit sowie konstruktives Kritikverhalten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und methodische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ĂĽberzeugendes Auftreten, Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsvermögen
  • Guter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel, Powerpoint und Copilot
