Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung attraktiver Altersvorsorgeprodukte fĂĽr die Lebensversicherer in HDI Deutschland
  • Mitarbeit in einem agil arbeitenden, crossfunktionalen Team und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Expert:innen aus verschiedenen internen Bereichen
  • ZusammenfĂĽhrung vertrieblicher, betrieblicher und regulatorischer Aspekte
  • Mitarbeit bei der Produktkalkulation inkl. Bewertung der Profitabilität und Bewertung und Betreuung von Investmentkonzepten
  • Erstellung und Pflege der verwendeten Werkzeuge und Tools (im Wesentlichen Office / VBA)
  • Begleitung der Integration neuer Produkte in die bestehenden Verkaufs- und Verwaltungssysteme
  • Tarifdokumentation sowie Kommunikation mit Aufsichts- und Zertifizierungsbehörden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Mathe­matik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lebens­versicherung, aber auch engagierte und lern­bereite Berufs­einsteiger:innen sind willkommen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur / zum Aktuar:in (DAV) oder Bereitschaft zur Aus­bildung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikations­fähigkeit
  • Initiative, Freude an neuen Themen, modernen Arbeits­methoden und einem Blick ĂĽber den Teller­rand hinaus
  • Selbstständigkeit, Einsatz­willen und Verantwortungs­bewusstsein
  • Interesse an Simulation und mathematischer Modellierung von finanz- und versicherungswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. VBA und R) und souveräner Umgang mit MS Office
