Abteilungsleiter:in Versicherungsmathematik

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung, disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Abteilung
  • Verantwortlich für Konzeption, Entwicklung, und Test des versicherungsmathematischen Rechenkerns
  • Key-Account Funktion für Stakeholder der Rechenkernentwicklung, sowohl bezogen auf Standort als auch auf (Groß-)projekte
  • Kooperation und standortübergreifende Teamkoordination mit den Schwesterabteilungen in Köln und Hamburg
  • Verantwortlich für Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungs- und Testprozessen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik oder vergleichbar
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Aktuarin/Aktuar (DAV) gewünscht
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Aktuariat, Produktentwicklung oder Rechenkernentwicklung eines deutschen Erstversicherers
  • Erfahrung mit und Offenheit für den Einsatz von generativer KI im Aktuariat
  • Einsatz agiler Methoden bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten
  • Selbständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Einfache und intuitive Kommunikation komplexer Sachverhalte
