AI Strategy & Transformation Lead

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung von KI-Zielbildern und Roadmaps mit den Fachbereichen
  • Beratung von Führungskräften bei strategischen Fragestellungen rund um KI
  • Weiterentwicklung des AI Operating Models sowie der organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Vorantreiben der KI-Transformation zusammen mit dezentralen Transformationsteams
  • Förderung der Wiederverwendung und Skalierung erfolgreicher KI-Lösungen
  • Bewertung von KI-Reifegraden und Ableitung geeigneter Entwicklungsmaßnahmen​

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Strategie- und Transformationsrollen
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung oder Skalierung digitaler Produkte, Daten- oder KI-Lösungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit auf Management-Ebene
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Überzeugungskraft sowie Fähigkeit, Veränderungen ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung voranzutreiben
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
