AI Engineer (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Automatisierung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design, Entwicklung und Betrieb von KI‑gestĂĽtzten Automatisierungslösungen
  • Konzeption modularer KI‑Services fĂĽr wiederverwendbare Automation in mehreren Bereichen
  • Implementierung von Monitoring, Telemetrie und Quality‑Mechanismen fĂĽr produktive KI‑Lösungen
  • Aufbau von KI‑Agenten, die Informationen verarbeiten, Entscheidungen treffen und Tools ausfĂĽhren können
  • Entwicklung neuer KI‑Services und Integration in bestehende Prozesse
  • Aufbau standardisierter Deployments, Wartungsprozesse & Cloud‑Architekturen
  • Wissensvermittlung zu KI‑Automatisierung, LLM‑Services, MLOps und Best Practices
  • Bereitstellung technischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen fĂĽr Management‑ und Projektgremien
  • Erstellung von Testkonzepten, Risk‑Analysen, Dokumentationen und Prozessnachweisen
  • Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. Modellnachvollziehbarkeit, Datenqualität)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, insbesondere fĂĽr Datenpipelines, Automatisierung und KI‑Services
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von LLM‑Workflows, KI‑Modellen oder Automatisierungsarchitekturen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse betrieblicher Prozesse und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Kenntnisse in Workflow‑ und Orchestrierungsframeworks (z. B. Camunda, BPMN, Agent‑Frameworks)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau produktiver KI‑Services und Cloud‑Architekturen
  • Begeisterung fĂĽr neue Technologien und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Kreativität, Problemlösungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative
  • SpaĂź an der Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
