Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung fĂĽr die Abteilung Global IT Operations & Test
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr den stabilen Betrieb der IT fĂĽr die HDI Global SE (national/international) sowie dessen Weiterentwicklung
  • Persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Entwicklung klarer strategischer Zielbilder im Einklang mit Architekturprinzipien und Transformationsagenda
  • Ăśbersetzung strategischer Zielbilder in belastbare Roadmaps und messbare Ergebnisse
  • Strukturierte, resiliente Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen entlang der End-to-End-Wertschöpfungskette
  • Steuerung von Modernisierungsinitiativen und Transitionen in zukunftsfähige Betriebsmodelle

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige FĂĽhrungserfahrung im Umfeld Digitalisierung/IT, komplexen Transformations- und Transitionsprogrammen
  • Ausgeprägte FĂĽhrungskompetenz in der persönlichen und fachlichen Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Abstimmung strategischer Zielbilder
  • Sehr hohe Kompetenz in Roadmap-Design und -Steuerung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ergebnissteuerung ĂĽber OKRs/KPIs und Management‑Reporting
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholder-Management
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift sehr sicher (mind. C2)
