Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist der kreative Kopf und treibende Kraft unseres Business Operations Teams im Bereich Reinsurance Accounting 
  • Du navigierst mit den Rückversicherungsdaten und stellst sicher, dass unsere Monats- und Quartalsabschlüsse perfekt bilanziert werden
  • Kein Entscheidungsgremium ist vor dir sicher - du präsentierst souverän Lösungsoptionen zu rückversicherungsspezifischen Fragestellungen
  • Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Rückversicherungssysteme mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Optimierungen voran
  • Kommunikation steht bei dir an erster Stelle - du sorgst für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams und mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit dem Managementteam der Motor für die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Reinsurance Accounting

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Führungserfahrung in einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen wünschenswert, vorzugsweise aus der Erst- oder Rückversicherung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bilanzierung, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Erst- und Rückversicherung
  • Fundiertes E2E-Prozessverständnis
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Spaß an der Leitung eines Teams
