Working Student

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Konzern-Nachhaltigkeitsteams, insbesondere bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und -berichterstattung (u.a. nach CSRD)
  • Selbständige Recherche zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und Erstellung von Analysen
  • Mitarbeit bei nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Projekten und Rating-Prozessen (u.a. CDP, Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS-ESG)
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei regulatorischen Anforderungen im Kontext Nachhaltigkeit
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen oder Vorbereitung von nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Gremiensitzungen
  • Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und Geschäftsbereichen, UnterstĂĽtzung bei RĂĽckfragen

Dein Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt oder Bezug zu Nachhaltigkeit, idealerweise mit sehr guten Studienleistungen 
  • GroĂźes Interesse an Nachhaltigkeitsthemen; erste relevante Praxiserfahrungen sind von Vorteil 
  • Bereitschaft und Motivation, sich in Aspekte des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements – wie Berichterstattungsleitlinien, Standards und Initiativen – vertieft einzuarbeiten
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit ESG-Regulatorik und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
  • Sehr zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit KI-Tools
