Working Student Software Development in Data Analytics

Your Tasks

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal software solutions for Pricing Services, particularly R packages, Shiny applications, and R Plumber APIs
  • Develop and implement unit tests for R packages and integrate them into modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Support the modernization of existing software architectures and the continuous improvement of code quality
  • Assist in the automation of development and deployment processes

Your Profile

  • Student of Computer Science or a comparable degree
  • Good knowledge of R and Python, understanding of object-oriented programming, and experience with Git and REST APIs
  • Initial experience with unit testing and software quality assurance is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to work independently, and enthusiasm for new technology
  • Interest in data-driven solutions within the insurance industry
  • Proficient in German and English (English is the team language)
