Werkstudent:in Power BI & Controlling Analytics

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Teams im Bereich Reporting, Business Intelligence und Controlling sowie Mitarbeit an datengetriebenen Auswertungen rund um den Digital Workplace
  • Mitwirkung bei der Analyse, Aufbereitung und Plausibilisierung von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellsystemen (z. B. Power BI-Datenmodelle, DWH-nahe Auswertungen, Excel‑Daten)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Power BI‑Reports und Dashboards, insbesondere im Umfeld von Lizenz‑, Kosten‑ und Ressourcenreporting
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Pflege von Kennzahlen, Measures und einfachen DAX‑Logiken in bestehenden Power BI‑Modellen
  • Mithilfe bei der Dokumentation von Reports, Kennzahlenlogiken und Datenquellen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Qualitätssicherung von Reports (PlausibilitätsprĂĽfungen, einfache Abweichungsanalysen)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung bestehender Reporting-Prozesse (z. B. Ablösung manueller Excel‑Schritte)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Analysten im Tagesgeschäft sowie punktuelle UnterstĂĽtzung bei projektbegleitenden Auswertungen

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
  • Interesse an Datenanalyse, Reporting und Business Intelligence, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Controlling- oder IT‑nahen Themen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Power BI (z. B. aus Studium, Werkstudententätigkeit oder privaten Projekten)
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel, erste BerĂĽhrungspunkte mit Power Query
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
