Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Organisation von Lern- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination von Terminen sowie Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartner:innen und externen Dienstleistenden
  • Administration von Schulungsangeboten im Learning Management System SAP SuccessFactors
  • Betreuung unserer Schnittstelle zur Weiterbildungsinitiative „Gut Beraten“
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen im Vertrieb

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr
  • Spaß an organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
