Werkstudent:in Nachhaltigkeit

Deine Aufgaben

  • DurchfĂĽhrung strukturierter Recherchen und Analysen zu Fragestellungen im Kontext regulatorischer Anforderungen und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
  • Mitarbeit und UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
  • Vorbereitung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Präsentationen, Steuerungsunterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen fĂĽr Management und Fachbereiche
  • Zuarbeit und Koordination in Projekten im Bereich Regulatorik und Nachhaltigkeit sowie Vorbereitung von Meetings und Abstimmungen
  • Monitoring und strukturierte Aufbereitung aktueller regulatorischer und marktbezogener Entwicklungen (z. B. ESG Regulatorik, Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung)

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Bachelor ab 3. Semester oder Master) idealerweise WiWi mit Nachhaltigkeitsschwerpunkt, offen fĂĽr andere
  • Affinität zu gängigen Nachhaltigkeitsstandards, ESG oder Regulatorik sowie Interesse an deren Umsetzung in der Unternehmenspraxis
  • Hohes MaĂź an Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, sich selbstständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte zu durchdringen, zu strukturieren und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Proaktive, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr sicher in MS Office / M365 fĂĽr Struktur, Analyse, Ergebnisdarstellung
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
