Werkstudent:in IT Operations

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Migrations-, Umstellungs- und Updateprojekten von Serversystemen, Anwendungen und IT-Sicherheitslösungen in einem agilen IT-Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Betriebsprozessen sowie bei technischen Recherchen und Business Cases
  • Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und technischen Konzepten gemeinsam mit unseren Expert:innen
  • Bearbeitung technischer Anforderungen und UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Analyse von Störungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung kleiner Skripte und Automatisierungen zur UnterstĂĽtzung des IT-Betriebs

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Server, Anwendungen oder IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in Python, PowerShell, Java oder JavaScript
  • Interesse an IT-Betrieb, IT-Sicherheit und modernen Technologien
  • Ausgeprägte Recherche-, Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
