Your Tasks

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von BetriebsfĂĽhrungskonzepten (BFK)
  • Beratung und UnterstĂĽtzung unserer internen Kunden zu Dokumentationen und regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. aus dem Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA))
  • Abstimmung mit Anwendungsverantwortlichen, Fachbereichen und IT-Teams
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von PrĂĽfartefakten und PrĂĽfdokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung aktueller, vollständiger und qualitativ hochwertiger Dokumentationen
  • Schaffung von Transparenz ĂĽber den Status von Anwendungen, Dokumentationen und PrĂĽfartefakten

Your Profile

  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten gegenĂĽber internen Kunden und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Blick fĂĽr Details
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Interesse an IT-Prozessen, Dokumentation und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
