Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung SuccessFactors Learning - technisch und  inhaltlich
  • Testing und Umsetzung von Releaseanforderungen SuccessFactors Learning
  • Pflege und Veröffentlichung von Lerninhalten & Reporting 
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von strukturierten Lernpfaden, wie z.B. fĂĽr Onboarding, aktuelle Initiativen etc.
  • Projektarbeit 

Dein Profil

  • Begonnenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Pädagogik oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich oder in der IT
  • Erfahrungen mit LMS-Plattformen wie SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle oder TalentLMS
  • Interesse fĂĽr digitales Lernen, GespĂĽr fĂĽr didaktische Inhalte und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Teamfähig
  • Gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Lust, Verantwortung zu ĂĽbernehmen und aktiv mitzugestalten
