Werkstudent:in AI Developer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit beim Betrieb der Power Platform mit Schwerpunkt Copilot Studio, inkl. Konfiguration, Tests und Qualitätssicherung
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung kleiner Prototypen (z. B. Bots, Flows), Experimentieren mit Few‑Shot/CoT‑Prompts und Pflege von Wissensquellen (RAG) unter Anleitung
  • Zuarbeit bei Planung und DurchfĂĽhrung von internen Workshops & Hackathons zur Befähigung der Fachbereiche

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Versicherungswesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise mit einer Reststudiendauer > 1 Jahr  
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Microsoft 365-Diensten (SharePoint, Teams und Power Platform) von Vorteil
  • Hohes MaĂź an Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, sich proaktiv und systematisch in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
  • Neugier auf moderne KI‑Techniken (z. B. Prompting‑Patterns, RAG) und Motivation, Best Practices schnell zu erlernen und anzuwenden
  • Begeisterter Umgang mit ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot und Google Gemini oder anderen generative KI-Chatbots
  • Hohe Aufgeschlossenheit, Lernbereitschaft und Teamorientierung
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
