Vertragssachbearbeiter:in in Betrieb Firmen/Freie Berufe

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und Dokumentierung von Versicherungsanträgen im Segment HUS Firmen - Betriebshaftpflicht
  • Dokumentierung inhaltlicher Vertragsänderungen in dieser Sparte
  • Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen von Vertriebs- und Kooperationspartner:innen sowie deren Endkund:innen
  • Erteilung von Vertragsauskünften
  • Erstellung individueller Korrespondenz

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Firmenversicherung wünschenswert, bspw. Beispiel Betriebshaftpflicht
  • Kenntnisse in Bestandsführungssystemen (z. B. SAP)
  • Offenheit für moderne Arbeitsmethoden
  • Kunden- bzw. Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
