Your Tasks
- Management of the “Global Marketing” department within the “Global Sales & Distribution” division of HDI Global SE's industrial customer business
- Partner with Sales, Distribution, and Market Management teams to support revenue growth and broker engagement.
- Develop and implement a new global general marketing strategy aligned with HDI Global’s business objectives and transformation goals including
- Oversee global brand management, ensuring consistency and an unified identity across all markets and channels.
- Drive digital transformation in marketing, including website, social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and AI
- Coordinate with marketing teams across the globe to adapt global strategies to local market needs
- Planning, developing and coordinating global social media strategy
Your Profile
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
- 8+ years in marketing roles, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record in global marketing strategy, brand management, planning, developing and coordinating global social media strategy and digital transformation
- Experience in developing and providing operational support for marketing initiatives in international growth regions, preferably in close cooperation with local units and other stakeholders
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Business fluent written and spoken English and another language, ideally German or Spanish
