System Engineer Windows

Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung einer geschäftskritischen Anwendung – von der heutigen On‑Prem‑Betriebslandschaft in einer PaaS-basierten Infrastruktur bis hin zur schrittweisen Transformation in die Cloud (AWS). Dabei verbindest Du den klassischen Anwendungsbetrieb mit modernen DevOps‑ und Cloud‑Ansätzen:

  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs einer Kaufsoftware auf Windows‑Servern (On‑Prem)
  • Ăśbernahme von Betriebs‑ und Administrationsaufgaben in einer Windows‑basierten Systemlandschaft (inkl. Incident‑ und Servicebearbeitung)
  • Analyse, Stabilisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des bestehenden On‑Prem‑Setups
  • Planung und Umsetzung der Transformation in Richtung Cloud (Lift & Shift → Weiterentwicklung)
  • EinfĂĽhrung und Nutzung von Infrastructure as Code (z. B. AWS CDK) zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung
  • Entwicklung und Betrieb von CI/CD‑Pipelines fĂĽr Infrastruktur und ApplikationenSicherstellung von Stabilität, Monitoring und Betriebsfähigkeit ĂĽber beide Welten hinweg
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Security‑, Compliance‑ und Governance‑Vorgaben

Dein Profil

Du vereinst klassisches Infrastruktur‑Know‑how im Windows‑Umfeld mit einem klaren Fokus auf Cloud‑ und DevOps‑Themen und möchtest aktiv an einer Transformation mitwirken.

Windows & On‑Prem

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Windows‑Servern und Client‑Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (Hyper‑V) und idealerweise Citrix‑Umgebungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory und MSSQL‑Datenbanken
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie MCSA oder MCSE

Cloud & DevOps

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud‑Technologien (idealerweise AWS) oder klare Motivation, sich dort weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code (z. B. AWS CDK) und Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD‑Pipelines und modernen DevOps‑Arbeitsweisen
  • Verständnis fĂĽr den Betrieb hybrider IT‑Architekturen (On‑Prem & Cloud)

Arbeitsweise

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Herangehensweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung im Betrieb kritischer Systeme
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
