Strategic Enablement Specialist - Analytics & Performance

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Management und die Konsolidierung der Kern-KPIs des Ressorts als zentrale Grundlage für Priorisierung, Steuerung und Transformation
  • Proaktive konzeptionelle und operative Weiterentwicklung der KPI-Steuerung zur Steigerung der Transparenz und Entscheidungsqualität
  • Begleitung der Kostencontrolling-Prozesse für das Ressort mit Fokus auf Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen im Kontext laufender Kostenmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Vorstand sowie Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen mit hoher Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit oder Leitung bereichsübergreifender Strategie‑ und Transformationsprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand und relevanten Schnittstellen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-, finanzwissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Strategie- oder Finanzbereich eines Finanzdienstleisters oder bei einer Strategieberatung, Investmentbank oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint), Power BI und GenAI (Copilot); hohe Bereitschaft, neue Tools aktiv einzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen prägnant und adressatengerecht auf Vorstandsebene zu präsentieren 
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Selbstbewusstsein im Einklang mit Teamgeist und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke
