Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifizierung und Bewertung qualitativer Risiken zur Schärfung des Risikoprofils der HDI International AG
  • Beitrag zum internen Risikoreporting fĂĽr Risikokomitee und Vorstand, Inhalte strukturieren und wichtigste Erkenntnisse adressatengerecht präsentieren
  • Vernetzung der HDI Gruppe mit den Tochterunternehmen der HDI International AG
  • Abstimmung mit den Tochterunternehmen zu Themen wie Guideline Management, Vendor Management und Business Continuity Management
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Spezialaufgaben sowie Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Risikomanagements
  • Ăśbernahme administrativer Aufgaben an der Schnittstelle zur IT
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser und effizienter Abläufe

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im qualitativen Risikomanagement im internationalen Versicherungsumfeld
  • Kombination aus regulatorischem Know-how und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Analytische und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams sowie an regulatorischen und administrativen IT-Themen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft-Produkten, insbesondere SharePoint fĂĽr Kollaboration und Power BI fĂĽr Reporting
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch oder TĂĽrkisch von Vorteil
