Spezialist:in Qualitatives Risikomanagement

Your Tasks

  • Mitarbeit am regelmäßigen Risikoidentifikationsprozess und interdisziplinären Risikogesprächen sowie Risikoberichterstattung
  • Trägerspezifische Auseinandersetzung und Würdigung mit Risikomanagement relevanten Berichterstattungen nach DORA und Würdigung im Rahmen der Risikomanagementprozesse der Gesellschaften 
  • Grundsatzthemen des Risikomanagements sowie der entsprechenden Risk-Governance mit Schwerpunkt DORA
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen im Bereich IT-Ausgliederungen, operationeller Risiken sowie im Rahmen der Neue-Geschäftsfelder / Neue-Produkt-Prozesse
  • Vorbereitung von Sitzungen des Risikokomitees der HDI Global SE sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Vorstand

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor / Master) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Jura oder eines verwandten Studienganges mit einer Vertiefung in einem sachversicherungsnahen Gebiet
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der IT-Governance bzw. -Risikomanagement, einem thematisch verwandten oder sachversicherungsnahen Aufgabengebiet wünschenswert (z.B. Revision)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Präsentationsvermögen und ausgeprägte schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets, weitere IT-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift 
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten
