Spezialist:in Prozesse und Business Development

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozessanalysen im Bereich Versicherungs-Operations (IPM, Sachbearbeitung, Telefonie)
  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Business Developers in der Vorbereitung, DurchfĂĽhrung und Vertretung bei agilen Zeremonien und Priorisierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betrieb, sowie der agilen IT-Organisation 
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung von strategischen Zielbildern fĂĽr unterschiedliche Themenfelder des Versicherungsbetriebs, sowie Prozessanalysen
  • Verantwortung der fachlichen Konzeption von den Anfängen und Ableitung aus den betrieblichen Anforderungen bis zur Umsetzung und dem Nutzentracking in und mit der agilen Lieferorganisation
  • Know-how-seitige UnterstĂĽtzung der Transformation sowie entsprechender Use-Cases und Aufbau von KI/GenAI innerhalb der Organisation

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Nachweisliche Projektleitererfahrungen
  • Idealerweise bereits praktische Kenntnis und Verantwortung in Agilen Rollen (Product Owner) 
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Gestaltung von Fach-, Prozess- und IT-Architektur
  • Erfahrung im Versicherungsbetrieb oder Schnittstellen von Vorteil
