Specialist Underwriting (Industry/Special)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Portfoliosteuerung und Portfoliocontrolling im Sinne der Analyse, Planung und Steuerung finanztechnischer Kennzahlen / KPIs der weltweiten D&O Portfolien
  • DurchfĂĽhrung regelmäßiger Performance Dialoge
  • Mitwirkung bei der Spartenplanung (Mittelfristplanung, Forecasts)
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner und interdisziplinäre Schnittstelle zu anderen Bereichen (u. a. Aktuariat, Controlling, IT, RĂĽckversicherung)
  • (Referral-)Underwriting fĂĽr das Financial Lines-Geschäft mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Bereich Directors & Officers Liablity (D&O)
  • Umsetzung der Underwriting Strategie der Sparte in den internationalen Märkten und Weiterentwicklung der regionalen Strategien mit den dortigen Mitarbeitenden
  • DurchfĂĽhrung der UW-Governance in definierten Märkten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, wĂĽnschenswerterweise abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder mathematisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung möglichst mit internationaler Prägung
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, wĂĽnschenswerterweise mit Auslandserfahrung
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte / konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaf, Belastbarkeit und Pragmatismus
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
