Spezialist Underwriting fĂĽr Financial Lines mit Schwerpunkt D&O & Crime

Your Tasks

  • (Referral-) Underwriting fĂĽr das Financial Lines-Geschäft mit Schwerpunkt auf den Sparten Directors & Officers Liablity (D&O) und Crime
  • UnterstĂĽtzung der Niederlassungen im In- und Ausland bei der Umsetzung der UW-Strategien
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle strategischer Zielvorgaben und Businesspläne der Auslandseinheiten
  • Bewertung und Begleitung von neuen Markteintritten / Marktkonzepten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von strategischen und operativen Projekten
  • Datenanalyse und Portfoliosteuerung
  • AusĂĽbung einer internen Schnittstellenfunktion 

Your Profile

 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, wĂĽnschenswerterweise abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich (vornehmlich Industrieversicherung), möglichst mit internationaler Prägung
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, wĂĽnschenswerterweise mit Auslandserfahrung
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte / konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaf, Belastbarkeit und Pragmatismus
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
