Specialist People Development & Culture

Your Tasks

  • Translate international business needs to functional requirements in all SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Co-create, prioritize and coordinate the roll-out strategy of global HR-IT functionalities
  • Align the HDI Global HR-IT initiatives with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Group People & Culture (IT), International People & Culture community and HG board)
  • Participate in development workshops for different new modules and functionalities
  • In charge of the IT (change) budget for international HR-IT
  • Coordinate use cases and business cases
  • Coordinate test activities
  • Business Owner for international HR-IT

Your Profile

  • Holds a Master’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field, complementing theoretical knowledge with practical expertise
  • Brings strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, fostering productive relationships across teams and departments
  • Applies robust analytical skills to solve challenges and seize opportunities in HR-IT projects
  • Offers a good understanding of HR processes for smooth collaboration between business and IT
  • Has a clear interest in IT and digital transformation, staying up-to-date in the HR-IT domain
  • Works well in teams, helping create a positive, supportive atmosphere
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level), enabling effective communication internationally
