Specialist Digital Workplace - User Experience & User Adoption

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur User Adoption für Digital Workplace Lösungen
  • Konzeption und Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Kommunikations- und Adoptionformate für neue und bestehende Workplace Produkte
  • Planung und Durchführung von Trainings, Informationsformaten und Schulungsangeboten
  • Begleitung der Einführung neuer Funktionen, insbesondere rund um Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Analyse des Nutzenbedarfs sowie Ableitung von Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT zur erfolgreichen Einführung digitaler Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in User Experience, Digital User Experience, Medieninformatik, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Psychologie mit HCI-Bezug, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Workplace, User Experience, Change Communication oder User Adoption
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Arbeitsweisen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Erste Erfahrungen oder großes Interesse im Umgang mit M365 Copilot und KI-gestützten Workplace Lösungen
  • Hohes Nutzerverständnis und Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte einfach und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Kreativität bei der Erstellung von Lern- und Kommunikationsformaten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konzeptionsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch - schriftlich wie mündlich
