Specialist Claims (Legal Protection)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Regulierung von Schäden unserer industriellen Kund:innen in der Sparte Rechtsschutz, vorwiegend im Bereich der Allgemeinen Bedingungen fĂĽr die Rechtsschutzversicherungen (ARB)
  • FallabschlieĂźende Beurteilung des Versicherungsschutzes bzw. des Deckungsumfangs, PrĂĽfung von LeistungsansprĂĽchen, Kostenrechnungen von Anwält:innen und Gerichten sowie Regressen
  • Selbstständiges Management eines eigenen Schadenportfolios mit UnterstĂĽtzung durch ein vielseitiges Team sowie moderne Technik und Systeme
  • Verhandlungen mit Rechtsanwält:innen, Makler:innen, Versicherungsnehmer:innen
  • Möglichkeit der Mitarbeit an internen und bereichsĂĽbergreifenden Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sparte Rechtsschutz oder in der Schadenbearbeitung wĂĽnschenswert
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Entscheidungsbereitschaft
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude am Umgang mit modernen Techniken und IT
