Specialist Application Development

Deine Aufgaben

  • Training-on-the-Job mit dem Ziel der sukzessiven Übernahme eigenverantwortlicher Themen
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen und störungsfreien Betriebs der Anwendungen, inkl. Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports (Schwerpunkt Adobe Produkte und Browser)
  • Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungen in den Dimensionen Innovation, Usability und Kosteneffizienz
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Changes, sowie Begleitung von Releases für die verantworteten Anwendungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege erforderlicher Betriebskonzepte
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Betriebsprozessen sowie deren Automatisierung
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Experten aus der Entwicklung/ den Herstellern
  • Kontaktpflege und kontinuierlicher Austausch mit Anwendern & Entscheidern
  • Teilnahme an internen & externen Events und Nutzung von agilen Methoden & Tools

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung sowie im Betrieb von Anwendungen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang Adobe-Anwendungen/Systemen (u.a. Acrobat DC, Creative Cloud Desktop) und mit Internet-Browsern Firefox, Edge und Chrome
  • Kommunikationsstarker und offene:r Teamplayer:in mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und Networking-Kompetenz
  • Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung und an der Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien
  • Ausgeprägter Gestaltungs- und Veränderungswille
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft, agilem Mindset und Flexibilität
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
