Deine Aufgaben

  • Langfristige Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen
  • Ăśbersetzung von komplexen fachlichen und technischen Zusammenhänge in nachhaltige Lösungen
  • Analyse bestehender Systeme und aktives Vorantreiben von Modernisierung
  • Gestaltung des Weges in Richtung Cloud, Automatisierung und moderner Architekturen
  • Nutzung von modernen Engineering-Praktiken und AI-gestĂĽtzten Werkzeuge, um Entwicklung und Betrieb kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Erfahrungsaustausch mit Fachbereichen und Entwickler:innen 

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung mit Java
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis fĂĽr Sofwarequalität
  • Freude daran, komplexe Systeme zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an modernen Technologien und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Ein hohes MaĂź an Lernfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • FlieĂźende Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) werden vorausgesetzt. Bei fehlenden Deutschkenntnissen wird die Bereitschaft erwartet, Deutsch zu erlernen
