Senior Process Engineer Claims

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End Prozessaufnahme & Modellierung (BPMN) im internationalen Schadenumfeld
  • Identifikation von AI Use Cases basierend auf Prozessdaten, Pain Points und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Definition fachlicher Anforderungen an KI Lösungen gemeinsam mit AI Delivery Teams und Business Expert
  • Strukturierung von Entscheidungslogiken und workflow-relevanten Regeln
  • Sicherstellung der Prozessintegrität bei EinfĂĽhrung neuer KI Funktionen  
  • Globale (datenbasierte) Prozessanalyse inkl. Prozess-KPIs Datenanalysen, Root- Cause- Analysis 
  • Identifikation internationaler Prozessvarianten und Ableitung globaler Standards 
  • Erstellung belastbarer Entscheidungsgrundlagen fĂĽr Process Manager, Delivery Teams und Leadership 
  • Moderation von Workshops bei Process Discovery, Value Stream Analysis 

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Data & Analytics oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse oder Prozessengineering, idealerweise im Schadenbereich einer Versicherung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in BPMN, Six Sigma oder ähnlichen Prozessmanagement- Methoden 
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit KI-Teams (Data Science, LLM-basierte Lösungen)
  • Tiefes Verständnis von operativem Schadenmanagement und zugrunde liegenden Regelwerken und Logiken
  • Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten (Prozessdaten, KPIs, Varianten, Ursachenanalyse)
  • Hohe Affinität zu Tech/ KI/ Automatisierung, ohne selbst Entwickler:in zu sein 
  • Exzellente Kommunuikations - und Moderationsskills
  • Stark ausgeprägtes Ownership, Vorausdenken und Begeisterung in neue Technologien, Methoden und Konzepte
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntisse (C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
