Senior Pricing Actuary - Specialty Lines

Your Tasks

  • Development and implementation of pricing models for multiple specialty lines in close collaboration with underwriting worldwide
  • Actuarial assessment of delegated authority business
  • Conception and further development of actuarial controlling in international markets
  • Setting up and maintaining IT interfaces
  • Development and implementation of pricing governance
  • Responsibility for regular training and reviews

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in (business) mathematics, economics or computer science ideally with in-depth knowledge of stochastics/statistics 
  • At least three years of professional experience in the actuarial department of an international (re)insurance company, preferably in pricing 
  • Confident handling of programming languages, ideally Python, as well as knowledge of databases and PowerBI 
  • High level of communication skills and persuasiveness 
  • Joy in service-oriented cooperation with underwriting worldwide in a dynamically developing company 
  • Enjoy working in an international team 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
