Your Tasks

• Translate strategic priorities and business pain points into high‑value innovation initiatives in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across business and IT
• Steer venture clienting engagements end‑to‑end, including prioritisation, decision‑making, scaling and termination of initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on innovation‑related topics, trends and opportunities
• Shape and continuously improve innovation governance, balancing speed, compliance and scalability in a regulated environment
• Represent HDI Global within relevant startup, innovation and partner ecosystems

Your Profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience in corporate innovation, venture clienting, strategy consulting or comparable roles, ideally with exposure to senior management
• Proven track record of driving innovation initiatives from strategic concept to execution in complex organisations
• Experience in insurance, financial services or other regulated environments is a plus
• Strong ability to structure complex topics, make decisions and take end‑to‑end ownership
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior executives and decision‑makers
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently at senior management level, acting as a trusted sparring partner
• High level of autonomy, resilience and results orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level)
