Senior Manager Market Management USA

Your Tasks

  • Supporting the implementation of specific strategic objectives for the United States
  • Identifying growth opportunities and supporting market and business planning
  • Analyzing performance (growth, profitability, costs) and deriving improvement initiatives
  • Preparing decision‑ready analyses as well as planning and budgeting documents for senior management
  • Managing strategic projects and ad‑hoc assignments for the Board of Management
  • Supporting M&A activities, including due diligence and post‑merger integration
  • Promoting close cooperation between the U.S. entities and the global central functions
  • Assuming selected governance and oversight responsibilities within the U.S. entities

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, economics, law, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in the financial services sector as well as in primary insurance, ideally in a strategy department environment
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of U.S. business culture, including decision-making processes, stakeholder management, and collaboration with leadership teams based in the United States
  • Very good command of English and German (at least C1)
  • Strategic mindset, high level of initiative, and strong stakeholder management skills
