Your Tasks
- Supporting the implementation of specific strategic objectives for the United States
- Identifying growth opportunities and supporting market and business planning
- Analyzing performance (growth, profitability, costs) and deriving improvement initiatives
- Preparing decision‑ready analyses as well as planning and budgeting documents for senior management
- Managing strategic projects and ad‑hoc assignments for the Board of Management
- Supporting M&A activities, including due diligence and post‑merger integration
- Promoting close cooperation between the U.S. entities and the global central functions
- Assuming selected governance and oversight responsibilities within the U.S. entities
Your Profile
- University degree in business administration, economics, law, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in the financial services sector as well as in primary insurance, ideally in a strategy department environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Good understanding of U.S. business culture, including decision-making processes, stakeholder management, and collaboration with leadership teams based in the United States
- Very good command of English and German (at least C1)
- Strategic mindset, high level of initiative, and strong stakeholder management skills
