Senior Java Developer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Doxis Document Management Systems (DMS) fĂĽr den internationalen Einsatz bei der HDI Global SE im ART Platform
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Integration performanter und robuster Software‑Komponenten mit Java (Spring Boot) unter Einsatz moderner Architektur‑ und Integrationskonzepte
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Architekturentscheidungen sowie Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und Security
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr den stabilen Betrieb produktiver Anwendungen inkl. Monitoring, Alerting und Observability (Metriken, Logs, Traces), z. B. mit Grafana
  • Mitgestaltung, Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Entwicklungsstandards, Best Practices und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Umsetzung eines hohen Automatisierungsgrades durch Tests, CI/CD‑Pipelines und Cloud‑native Konzepte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachexpert:innen in einem agilen Umfeld

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Java‑Entwicklung
  • Fundiertes Know-how im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken z.B. PostgreSQL
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Betrieb von Anwendungen auf Cloud‑Plattformen, vorzugsweise Kubernetes und Microsoft Azure
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit GespĂĽr fĂĽr saubere Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code, Usability, automatisiertes Testen sowie funktionierende CI/CD‑Pipelines (z. B. Azure DevOps)
  • Begeisterung, Neugier und Leidenschaft fĂĽr neue Technologien, insbesondere KI‑unterstĂĽtzte Entwicklungs‑ und Arbeitsweisen
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit DMS‑ oder ECM‑Systemen, idealerweise Doxis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse, mindestens auf C1‑Niveau
