Senior Expert:in Nachhaltigkeit / ESG

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung regulatorischer ESG-Anforderungen der Risikoträger von HDI Deutschland (CSRD/ESRS, EU-Taxonomie, SFDR, LkSG, EmpCo)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie von HDI Deutschland im Konzernkontext
  • FĂĽhrung bereichsĂĽbergreifender Arbeitsgruppen inkl. internem und externem Schnittstellenmanagemen
  • Bereitstellung und Plausibilisierung ESG-relevanter KPI fĂĽr die Konzernberichterstattung (z.B. Taxonomie, Emissionen)
  • Kommentierung und Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen der ESG-Berichterstattung
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungs-/Informationsunterlagen fĂĽr Top-Management und Gremien
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von ESG-Anfragen und Ratings
  • Verankerung von ESG-Know-how durch Trainings und Kommunikation

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. in Wirtschaft, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Recht oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im ESG-/Nachhaltigkeitsumfeld, idealerweise in der Finanz- oder Versicherungsbranche
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse relevanter ESG-Regulatorik; PrĂĽfungskontext von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Konzeptionsstärke sowie Daten- und KPI-Affinität
  • Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Aufbereitung komplexer regulatorischer Anforderungen und deren pragmatischer Umsetzung
  • Souveränität im Stakeholder-Management auf Top-Management-Ebene sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
  • Ăśberdurchschnittliche Leistungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Priorisierungskompetenz, gepaart mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
