Senior Data Scientist / Data Engineer

Your Tasks

  • Foster scalable data and analytics infrastructure to support the development and deployment of GenAI solutions
  • Construct and refine (Gen)AI models, prompts, and related analytical components
  • Understand how (Gen)AI serves business needs and translate requirements into technically feasible, value-driven solutions
  • Guide data integration activities and ensure robust operational deployment of (Gen)AI pipelines
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and risk control across data ingestion, transformation, model development and deployment workflows
  • Collaborate on the identification of capacity and skill requirements to support the broader AI roadmap
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing scalable patterns, reusable components, and well-governed AI assets across the organization
  • Own data sourcing, transformations, and evaluation metrics for (Gen)AI workflows
  • Deliver high-quality agent logic and performance insights to improve (Gen)AI workflows

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, mathematics or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science and/or data engineering roles, including (Gen)AI-related work
  • Proficiency with big-data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and modern data architectures
  • Strong experience in ML Models with corresponding frameworks (e.g. sklearn, ..) and how to test and monitor these
  • Experience with (Gen)AI, LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain) and methods (e.g., Transformers, RLHF, fine-tuning)
  • Strong programming skills (especially Python, SQL, and at least one additional language)
  • Experienced in using visualization / dashboard frameworks from Python univers (e.g. streamlit, plotly, bookeh)
  • Experience deploying (Gen)AI pipelines (prompt chains, embeddings, retrieval systems, vector databases) into production environments
  • Familiarity with cloud (Gen)AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
  • Experience with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
