Senior Configuration Manager:in SaaS Platform

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konfiguration und fachliche Umsetzung von Versicherungsprodukten auf einer SaaS Plattform
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und strukturierte Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Mitarbeit an Presales Aktivitäten wie Workshops, Demos und Ersteinschätzungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen sowie internen Delivery und Engineering Teams
  • Umsetzung von Prototypen und fachliche Begleitung der Test und Abnahmephasen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Integrationen und neuen funktionalen Erweiterungen
  • Mitwirkung an Schulungen sowie Ăśbergabe der Lösungen an Fachbereiche 

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Configuration-, Business- oder System Analyst:in im SaaS Umfeld (bevorzugt INSTANDA)
  • Erfahrung in kundenorientierten Rollen idealerweise mit Versicherungs oder Finanzbezug
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis fĂĽr Schnittstellen, Web Oberflächen und fachlich technische Zusammenhänge
  • Fähigkeit Anforderungen klar zu erfassen, zu priorisieren und verständlich zu dokumentieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations und Beratungsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsstärke bei parallelen Aufgaben und wechselnden Prioritäten
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Deutsch / B2 Englisch)
