Sachbearbeiter:in Schaden (Privat)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Kund:innen im Schadenprozess (ĂĽberwiegend telefonisch)
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kraftfahrzeugschäden unter BerĂĽcksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und sachgerechter Aspekte
  • PrĂĽfung und Entscheidung von Schadenfällen im Rahmen der Regulierung sowie Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen Bearbeitung
  • Vermittlung geeigneter Schadenservices, beispielsweise Werkstatt- und Dienstleistungsangebote
  • Kommunikation mit Versicherungsnehmer:innen, Anspruchsteller:innen, Dienstleister:innen und Rechtsanwält:innen
  • Organisation erforderlicher Assistanceleistungen sowie Koordination und Steuerung externer Partner:innen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Versicherungsbezug
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Interesse an effizienter Schadenbearbeitung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Schadenregulierung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
