SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konfiguration, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors Module, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt EC oder Compensation und Variable Pay
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungs-, Optimierungs- und Rollout-Projekten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche bei der Gestaltung der entsprechenden Talent-Prozesse sowie deren technischer Umsetzung in SuccessFactors
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
  • Enge und agile Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systemlandschaft
  • Proaktive Auseinandersetzung mit regulatorischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen sowie Sicherstellung der Compliance

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Berufs- und Projekterfahrung im Umfeld von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Talent-Modulen oder EC
  • SAP-Zertifizierung im Bereich SuccessFactors EC oder Compensation & Variable Pay wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise zusätzliche Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierungen in weiteren SuccessFactors-Modulen, beispielsweise Performance & Goals oder Recruiting
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Anforderungen in komplexen Systemlandschaften sowie ein gutes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an innovativen Technologien im SAP SuccessFactors Umfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
