SAP Key User:in für S4/HANA

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Konzeption und Implementierungsunterstützung von SAP S/4 HANA-Lösungen im Bereich Accounting inkl. Erstellung von Spezifikationen für die Erweiterung von SAP-Standard-Lösungen für S/4HANA nach SAP RISE
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsanforderungen zur Umsetzung in SAP S4/HANA-basierten Cloud-Lösungen für den internationalen Einsatz im Industrieversicherungsgeschäft
  • Konfiguration (Customizing) des SAP S/4HANA Finance Systems 
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und - behebung bei Störungen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (Stammdatenpflege, technische Läufe, Schnittstellen Checks, Journal Uploads etc.)
  • Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen sowie Schulung der SAP-User
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereich und IT
  • Begleitung von IT-Audits: Ansprechpartner für Anfragen der Wirtschaftsprüfer im Quartals- und Jahresabschluss

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung / prüfungsnahen Beratung
  • Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung von Versicherungen nach HGB und IFRS sowie dazugehöriger Finanzprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte IT Affinität
  • Umfangreiche Praxiserfahrung im Bereich SAP S4/HANA, idealerweise im agilen Umfeld (z. B. SAFe)
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, verbunden mit einer strukturierten und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten
  • Teamplayer:in mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
