HDI AG is looking for a Full/part time (up to 38.00 hours/week) permanent position in the department Validation & Change Mgmt in Hannover starting from 11/01/2026.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitung der Weiterentwicklung des internen Modells zur Berechnung des Risikokapitals nach Solvency II mit Fokus auf die unabhängige Validierung des Gruppenmodells ĂĽber alle Risikokategorien und ĂĽbergreifenden Sonderthemen
  • Mitarbeit in gruppenweiten Risikomanagementthemen und Projekten
  • UnterstĂĽtzung und Koordination innerhalb des gruppenweiten Modelländerungsprozesses mit internen Stakeholdern und der Bafin
  • Vorstellung der Arbeitsergebnisse an interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Inhaltliche und technische Weiterentwicklung der Analysen, Tools und Prozesse in der Abteilung
  • Teilnahme an fachlichen, methodischen und persönlichen TrainingsmaĂźnahmen zur beruflichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Mathematik, Physik oder Betriebs/Volkswirtschaftslehre mit quantitativer Ausrichtung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Kontext interner Modell unter Solvency II sowie Interesse an (finanz-)wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplizierte Sachverhalte zielgruppenspezifisch darzustellen
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen in Projektmanagement, Stakeholdermanagement und Arbeit in bereichsĂĽbergreifenden Teams
  • Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten sowie praktische Erfahrungen in einer oder mehreren Skript- bzw. Programmiersprachen (z. B. R, SQL, Python, VBA)
