Release Train Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozessuale und methodische Verantwortung insb. fĂĽr die Zusammenarbeit & Effizienz im Agile Release Train "Lösungen im Schadenfall erhalten"
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die Anwendung von agilen Rahmenwerken und Methoden und die Verbesserung der Abläufe in Ihrem Agile Release Train
  • Treiber:in fĂĽr die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer agilen Organisation inkl. Methoden und Zeremonien
  • Beseitigung von teamĂĽbergreifenden Hindernissen, Konfliktklärung und Förderung der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Agile Release Trains und an den Schnittstellen zu anderen Agile Release Trains
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr Mindset im ART fĂĽr kontinuierliche Verbesserung („Agile Influencer“)
  • Gestaltung und Treiben der Veränderung/ Verbesserung im Hinblick auf das Ziel des Agile Release Trains
  • Moderation der Agile Release Train-bezogenen Events, ĂĽbergreifenden Workshops und Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungswirtschaft mit IT Bezug
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von agilen Rahmenwerken und Methoden (z. B. Scrum, SAFe)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Rolle als Release Train Engineer und im Coachen von Teams 
  • Leidenschaft fĂĽr das agile Arbeiten und die verteilte FĂĽhrung
  • Präsentations- & Moderationsstärke
  • Konfliktfähigkeit, Kooperationskompetenz, Lösungsorientierung & Stressresilienz
  • Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Vernetzungskompetenz
  • Eigenverantwortung, Lernbereitschaft und Selbstreflektionsfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B1)
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
