Your Tasks

■ Support of the Head of Market Management Worldwide in all organizational and administrative matters as well as coordination and control of the foreign subsidiaries and HDI Global SE branches (incl. performance tracking) in Europe

■ Development and implementation of the country-specific strategic goals as well as identification and analysis of new (target) markets in terms of supporting local units in drawing up business plans (market development)

■ Preparation of business information (e.g. planning, budgeting) as well as creation of (decision) templates and presentations

■ Takeover of special tasks and independent management of projects within the organization

■ Support with M&A and due diligence processes on a need to have basis

■ Collaboration with Market Development team for the usage of production/sales dashboards, financial data & statistics with respect of the defined countries

■ Direct dialogue with countries and with the respective headquarter functions to streamline/align reporting/planning requirements of Market Management Worldwide

Your Profile

■ Successfully completed studies in economics or law or a comparable qualification or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further qualification

■ Preferably several years of professional experience in primary insurance (e.g. finance, controlling, underwriting, claims, sales, strategic development)

■ Preferably very good knowledge in corporate finance as well as financial accounting/cost controlling

■ Routine handling of the MS Office package and Power BI/App, MS Dynamics and other CRM systems knowledge are welcome

■ Analytical thinking, strong initiative and independent working style

■ Quick comprehension and careful working method

■ Convincing demeanor and professional interaction with internal and external customers

■ High level of loyalty and trustworthiness

■ Frustration-tolerant resilience, flexibility in terms of time management and reliability

■ Excellent communication and diplomatic skills

■ Very good written and spoken English and, ideally, good German, French and Spanish
