Your Tasks

  • PrĂĽfung von Rechtsentwicklungen (z.B. GesetzentwĂĽrfe auf deutscher und europäischer Ebene) in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten und Bewertung von deren Auswirkungen auf die Haftpflichtversicherung
  • Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Wordings der HDI Global SE mit Blick auf diese rechtliche Entwicklungen
  • Angewandte Rechtsbereiche sind insbesondere allgemeines Versicherungsrecht, Haftpflichtversicherungsrechts, Haftungsrecht einschlieĂźlich des Produkthaftungsrechts, sowie Aufsichts- und Versicherungsteuerrecht, auch im internationalen Kontext
  • Fragen des RĂĽckversicherungsrechts
  • UnterstĂĽtzung und Beratung des Underwritings, zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen (Haftungsrecht, Bedingungen etc.)
  • Veröffentlichung von Fachbeiträgen, Erarbeitung von Fachvorträgen

Your Profile

  • Mit mindestens "befriedigend" abgeschlossenes Staatsexamen
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Auftreten sind wĂĽnschenswert
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil, um auch in die rechtliche Entwicklung auf EU-Ebene und in AuslandsbezĂĽge Einblick zu erhalten
  • Engagement, Präzision und Teamfähigkeit
