Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung groĂźer interdisziplinärer IT-Projekte im hochkomplexen Umfeld
  • Fachliche und laterale FĂĽhrung von groĂźen interdisziplinären, internationalen Projektteams
  • Ergebnis-, Termin- und Budgetverantwortung fĂĽr Projekte, von der Projektidee ĂĽber den gesamtenProjektlebenszyklus
  • Planung, Steuerung und Controlling von Kosten, Inhalten, Aufgaben, Ergebnissen, Terminen und externenDienstleistenden
  • Projektdesign, -aktualisierung und -statusreporting in der unternehmensweiten Projektmanagement-Software
  • Stetiger Austausch und gemeinschaftliches Handeln zur Sicherstellung der Projekt-Stakeholder:innen-Zufriedenheitsowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsszenarien im Falle von Abweichungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagement-Standards und Mitarbeit in der internationalen Projektmanagement-Community

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium mit technologischem Schwerpunkt, beispielsweise(Wirtschafts-) Informatik
  • Langjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit fachlicher und lateraler FĂĽhrung, auch aufinternationaler Ebene
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement sowie einschlägige Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (IPMA Level B oder vergleichbar)
  • Ausgezeichnete Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, strategische Sichtweise, vernetztes und strukturiertesDenkvermögen
  • Durchsetzungsstärke im Projektkontext und ein ausgeprägtes GespĂĽr fĂĽr die Interessen der Stakeholder:innen
  • Kommunikative Stärke in Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
  • Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeit
